What I do with your information.

Two things on this site collect anything at all: the form on the contact page, and the chat box in the corner. Here is what each one sends, where it goes, and how to have it deleted.

The two things that collect anything.

The form on the contact page

It asks for your name, your business name, your email, your phone number, what kind of business it is, which package you want, and whatever you write in the box at the end. Only the name, the business name, the email and the kind of business have to be filled in. The rest you can leave blank.

When you press send, it goes to Web3Forms, a company that turns a form into an email, and they email it to me. I read it in my inbox and I reply from there. Web3Forms is the only company that touches it on the way.

The chat box

What you type goes to a small server I run on Cloudflare. That server passes your message to Anthropic, whose model writes the reply, and sends the reply back to you. The last few things you typed go with it, so the answer makes sense in context.

Nothing is saved in your browser. Close the tab and the conversation is gone from your side, and I do not store it anywhere on mine. The one exception is the short enquiry form the chat offers you. If you fill that in, your name, your contact and the last part of the conversation are emailed to me, through the same Web3Forms as the contact page.

That server also holds your IP address for about ten minutes, with nothing attached to it but the times you sent something, so one person cannot flood it. It expires on its own.

What this site does not do.

None

Cookies

This site does not set a single cookie. Nothing of yours is kept in your browser by me, and there is no banner to click, because there is nothing to agree to.

None

Analytics

There is no analytics script on any page. Nothing follows you from one page to the next, or from this site out to another one.

None

Trackers

No advertising pixels, no social buttons, no third party scripts of any kind. The two fonts are served from this site rather than from a font company, so nobody outside is told which page you are reading.

Where it goes, and how long it stays.

Cloudflare serves the site

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, so Cloudflare sees the IP address of every request and keeps its own logs and traffic counts. That is true of every website you open anywhere, and it happens whether or not you use the form or the chat.

How long I keep it, and how to get rid of it

If you send the form, or the enquiry form in the chat, it arrives as an email and it sits in my inbox until I delete it. I have not put a timer on that and I am not going to pretend I have.

If you want it gone, email me at [email protected] and say so. I will delete the message and my reply. Telling me your name and your business makes it quicker to find.

The only companies that touch any of it are the ones named on this page.
