Questions and answers

One landing page is $600. A five page site is $1,500. A ten page site is $2,000, and ten pages is the most that price covers. Extra pages after that are $100 each. Changes or add-ons to a site you already have start at $300. AI features are $200 to $600 each, priced on how big the site is and how many pages it has, and that range is what one feature costs rather than all of them together. Half up front. The other half once the site is built and you have seen it. There is no monthly fee to me. The only other cost is your web address, about $10 to $20 a year, paid to the registrar rather than to me.

You tell me about the business and I tell you the price. You pay half up front and I build the site. When it is finished I send you a link and you open the real thing on your phone. The other half is due then. After that you tell me what you want changed. Changing text, fonts, photos and colours is free, as many times as you like. Anything bigger, a new page or a different layout, I tell you the number before I start it. Connecting your web address is the last step.

So you see the whole finished site before the second payment, and your changes come after it.

Really made just for you. Yours is written from scratch, one business at a time. No template underneath it, no page builder, no WordPress theme, nothing bought off a shelf with your logo dropped in. I do not resell a design I have already given somebody else, and I never will.

So what you end up with is a one of one. Nobody else has it, not another shop in your town and not one in another state. That is the point of doing it this way, and it is why I can only take on a few at a time.

As many as you pay for, and the page count is what sets the price. One page is $600. Five pages is $1,500. Ten pages is $2,000. Ten is the most that price covers, and every page after it is $100. Fifteen pages is $2,500. AI features sit on top of that, $200 to $600 for each one, scaled by the size of the site and the number of pages. Every page carries your photos, your logo and your words.

Yes. It is a real, finished website, not a picture of one. Forms land in your inbox. Buttons, links, booking, ordering, tap to call and maps all work. It is fast and clean on a phone. It is ready for real customers the day it goes live, so you never have to finish anything yourself.

Yes. Anything to do with your website, I do it. A brand new one, a redo of an old one, or fixes to what you have. Tell me what you want and I build it. While I am building, and again once you have seen the finished site, changing text, fonts, photos and colours is free, as many times as you like. Anything bigger, a new page or a different layout, I tell you the number before I start it. Once it is live, small things like a new price or a swapped photo are just a message to me and stay free. Anything bigger starts at $300.

Just the basics. A little about the business, your logo if you have one, and a few photos and details like your hours, services and prices. No photos or logo yet? I can help sort that out. Asking what it would cost commits you to nothing.

That is fine. A brand new site, a full redo, or just fixes to what you have now, I can do all of it. A brand new build is priced on pages, the same as any other. Changes and add-ons to the site you already have start at $300.

Your web address, like yourshop.com, is the one thing you buy yourself, about $10 to $20 a year. You buy it in your own name so it stays yours whatever happens between us. I do the setup and connect it, and that is the last step, after the balance and after your changes. Hosting is what keeps the site on the internet, and I handle that, with no monthly fee. Already have a web address or an old site somewhere? We can work with that. If not, I will walk you through it.

Not to me. You pay for the build in two halves, one up front and one once it is built and you have seen it, and that is the end of it. Hosting costs nothing monthly. The only thing that repeats is your web address, about $10 to $20 a year, paid to the registrar rather than to me.

Pretty much any small local business. Restaurants and cafes, barbers and salons, gyms and trainers, cleaners, contractors and trades, auto detailers, shops. If you serve your local area and want to look good online, I can build for you.

Because I am still building my name, and I would rather say that plainly than pretend otherwise. I am early. I want real sites I can point to, and right now your finished site sitting in my portfolio is worth more to me than the difference in price.

So the work is the standard I want to be known for, and the price is not. $600, $1,500 and $2,000 is a fraction of what most places charge for work this good. That will not be true forever. It is true today, and it is a good trade for both of us.

I am Ash, and I build every site myself. Look at the site you are on right now, then open the work page. Two real paying clients have live sites you can click: Carib Aerospace, and PPT EDU Supplies, thirteen pages of products with real prices and dimensions and a WhatsApp enquiry list. There are two demos there too, both badged as demos: Duskline Barber Co., and Bellhaven Pool Company, which is eleven pages with an underwater dive that is live code rather than a video. No stock screenshots and no fake logos, just real sites you can open and use.
