How do I pay? Half up front. The other half once the site is built and you have opened it yourself. I send a PayPal link you can pay with a card, no PayPal account needed. Venmo or Zelle on request. AI features are priced on top at $200 to $600 for each feature, so two features are two prices.

Your message lands in my inbox, not a ticket queue. I tell you the price. If I have a question about the business I ask it right away.
Half up front, and I start
$300, $750 or $1,000, depending on the size. After that you do very little. I build the whole site out of your photos, your words and your prices.
You see it, then the other half
I send you a link and you open the real site on your phone. The other half is due then. After that, tell me what you want changed. Changing text, fonts, photos and colours is free, as many times as you like. Anything bigger, a new page or a different layout, I tell you the number before I start it. Connecting your web address is the last thing I do.
