How do I pay? Half up front. The other half once the site is built and you have opened it yourself. I send a PayPal link you can pay with a card, no PayPal account needed. Venmo or Zelle on request. AI features are priced on top at $200 to $600 for each feature, so two features are two prices.
Where am I? Sunrise, in Broward County. If your shop is anywhere in South Florida you are dealing with somebody in the same county as you, and if it is not, that changes nothing about how the site gets built.

Your message lands in my inbox, not a ticket queue. I tell you the price. If I have a question about the business I ask it right away.
Half up front, and I start
$300, $750 or $1,000, depending on the size. After that you do very little. I build the whole site out of your photos, your words and your prices.
You see it, tell me your changes, then the rest
I send you a private link and you walk through the real site on your phone. Tell me what to change, in plain English. Changing text, fonts, photos and colours is free, as many times as you like. Anything bigger, a new page or a different layout, gets a price first and goes on the final bill. Then you pay the rest, one payment, and I connect your web address. Your site goes live on your domain.
